Barn United v Northend Youth Friday 7th September 2018

Northend Youth travelled to the Valley Leisure centre on Friday night for a match against Barn United in the Irish FA's small sided games tournament. Playing in their first competitive match, the young Blues acquitted themselves well, going in at half time all square.

Into the second half, Barn United took the lead early in the half, before Conall Morgan pulled the Blues level. As play flowed from end to end, it was Barn who scored two late goals to take all the points.

Some encouraging displays from a number of the Blues players and something to build upon for Coaches Matt Bartram and Kieran McMullan
