Northend United 4 Aquinas Star 1 Saturday 13th December 2025

On lovely Saturday morning in Grove the team played Aquinas 2012. From the start the team were full of energy and created numerous chances and would go into the break 3-0 with a brace of goals from Adrian Pluta and one from Alfie Gordon. Half time 3-0

After the break Aquinas 2012 pulled one back but the game was sealed when Odhran Cassidy smartly finished. Full time 4-1

Northend United 3 CFC Youth o Saturday 29th November 2025

On lovely Saturday morning on the 3g at the Ballymena Showgrounds, the team played league leaders Coaching for Christ 2012. From the start the team were full of energy and created numerous chances, but would only go into the break 2-0 with goals from Dylan and Philip. Coaching for Christ were given a lifeline just before HT but good reactions from Corey saved the pen. Half time 2-0

After the break they continued on were they started with Alfie adding a third to seal the game. Full time 3-0

Northend United 1 Ballynahinch Olympic 2 Saturday 22nd November 2025

On lovely Saturday morning at Grove Belfast, the team played Ballynahinch Olympic 2012. From the start the team were slow and second to every ball and Ballynahinch Olympic 2012 made the most of this going into a 2 nil lead and it would have been 3 if not for Corey in nets. Half time 0-2

After the break they started well with Keane pulling one back late on, further chances were created but the goal would not come. Full time 2-1

Northend United 2 Immaculata o Friday 7th November 2025

The team made got a home fixture on Friday night under lights at the Showgrounds. The team started well with the midfield of Keane, Joe, Conor and Alfie passing the ball well and creating chances for Dylan and Philip up top. The back four of Shane, Eoghan, Odhran and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. The team scored two goals that were finished well by Dylan and never looked back. Further chances were created but the third goal would not come. Full time 2-0

Northend United 2 Carryduff Colts 1 Satyrday 25th October 2025

The team made the long journey to Carryduff on Saturday morning to play Carryduff Colts 2012. The team started well with the midfield of Fergus, Joe, Conor and Alfie passing the ball well and creating chances for Adrian and Captain Philip up top. The back four of Shane, Eoghan, Charlie and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. The first half was a tense half with chances for both sides but a defensive mix up would allow Carryduff to take the lead. Half time 0-1

The second half started brightly now with Dylan, Odhran and Shay and it wasn’t long before the game was flipped on its head with goals from Philip and Dylan. Further chances were created but the third goal would not come. Full time 2-1

Northend United 2 Ards FC Academy 1 Saturday 18th October 2025

On a lovely morning in Grove Park Belfast the team travelled to play Ards Academy 2012. The team started well with the midfield of Keane, Joe, Dylan, Conor and Alfie passing the ball well and creating chances for Odhran up top. The back four of Shane, Eoghan, Charlie and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. The first half was a tense half with chances for both sides to score but no goal would come. Half time 0-0

The second half started brightly now with Philip, Adrian and Fergus introduced but against the run of play it was Ards Academy 2012 who took the lead. With 10mins left the team got a lifeline with Dylan finishing after good work from Adrian and Keane. Soon after Keane would be fouled in the box allowing Dylan to get his second for the day. Full time 2-1

Northend United 4 Aquinas Star 1 Saturday 11th October 2025

On a lovely morning in Belfast the team travelled to play Aquinas Star 2012 at Rathmore Grammar School. The team started well with the midfield of Keane, Joe, Dylan, Conor and Alfie passing the ball well and creating chances for Odhran and Philip up top. The back four of Shane, Eoghan, Charlie and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. The team created some great chances to open the scoring but it was against the run of play Aquinas Star 2012 who took the lead, when a long ball over the top wasn’t dealt with and the striker cooly finished. It wasn’t long before the game was all square when Alfie finished from the spot after being taken down. Half time 1-1

The second half saw the introduction of Conor, Fergus, Adrian and Cillian the team continued to move the ball about well and created chances. Goals from Joe and two from Conor was enough to secure the points. Full time 4-1

Northend United 1 Immaculata 2 Saturday 27th September 2025

On a wet morning in Belfast the team travelled to play Immaculata 2012. The team started well with the midfield 5 of Adrian, Joe, Dylan, Conor and Shay passing the ball well and creating chances for Odhran up top. The back four of Philip, Eoghan, Charlie and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. Against the run of play it was Immaculata 2012 who took the lead and this was followed shortly by a second. Half time 0-2

The second half saw the introduction of Alfie to the right side of midfield, Keane up top and Shane at right back. The team started to move the ball about well and created a few chances. Keane converted late of with a smart finish, but the equaliser just wouldn’t come. Full time 1-2

Northend United 2 St James Swifts 3 Saturday 20th September 2025

On a lovely morning the team got an opportunity for a home game in Wakehurst v unbeaten St James Swifts FC 2012. The team started well with the midfield 5 of Alfie, Joe, Dylan, Conor and Shay passing the ball well and creating chances for Keane up top. The back four of Shane, Eoghan, Charlie and Iona were being well marshalled by Corey in nets. Against the run of play it was St James Swifts FC who took the lead when a long clearance wasn’t dealt with and the striker was on hand to finish. The equaliser soon followed when Keane finished from close range. Half time 1-1

The second half saw the introduction of Philip to the right side of midfield, Odhran up top and Adrian on at left wing. Slow to start in the second half its was St James Swifts FC who scored the next goal with a smart finish. This motivated the team and it was a pen from Dylan after Odhran was up ended in the box that levelled the game. Further chances followed to take the lead but it was St James Swifts FC who would scored their 3rd after a deflected shot from distance went passed Corey in nets. Full time 2-3

Northend United 4 Moyola Park 4 Saturday 6th September 2025

This was the squads first game in the SBYL and it will be one to remember. With a strong breeze in the first half it would be Moyola who would take a 3-0 lead into HT after some defensive errors and wind assisted goals. Half time 0-3

The second half saw the introduction of Philip to the right side, Conor into midfield and Shay on at left wing. Now with the breeze at their back the team put pressure on the Moyola defence and the pressure paid off with Adrian being up ended in the box. He stepped up to convert the pen at the second attempt. A few more chances would go by, but Moyola got their fourth.

To their credit the team kept playing with Keane finishing from close range after good work from Dylan and Shay. The third would soon come after Keane was fouled outside the box and Dylan converted the free kick. With the game in the dying minutes the ball went through to Corey in nets, rushing out to clear the ball his clearance deceived the Moyola keeper at the other end the pitch to make it 4-4. One final chance fell to Keane but he was unable to convert. Full time 4-4
